Best Time to Visit Bali from Delhi: Weather, Crowds & Trip Style

Bali is warm year-round, but rainfall, crowds, surf conditions and pricing shift through the year. For Delhi travellers, the best time also depends on school calendars, honeymoon dates and whether the trip is built around beaches, wellness, culture or a mix.

GetSetGo point of view

The best month is the one that fits the holiday you actually want.

We plan around the traveller's time, pace, comfort and practical requirements. The details below are the parts we would normally discuss before recommending a final itinerary or MICE plan.

01

April to October: popular for drier days

This period is widely preferred for outdoor sightseeing and beach time. July and August can be busier, so premium villas and well-located hotels may need earlier booking.

02

November to March: greener and quieter, with rain risk

Rain often comes in tropical bursts rather than continuous all-day rain, but sea conditions and outdoor plans need more flexibility.

03

Match the route to the season

A good Bali itinerary keeps driving realistic and avoids too many hotel changes. Ubud plus one coastal base is a strong first-trip structure.

Useful answers

Before you ask, a few things worth knowing.

It can still be enjoyable, but December falls in the wetter season and holiday dates can be busy. Build in weather flexibility.

Six to eight nights gives couples enough time for an inland and coastal stay without constant movement.

For peak Indian holiday dates, popular villas and preferred flight timings, earlier booking usually gives more choice.
